Our standard production timeline ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type (for orders confirmed before 12 PM). Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 days based on your location. All orders are dispatched from Pune, Maharashtra
Absolutely. We do not reuse or share your designs under any circumstances. Your files are used solely for your order and deleted after completion.

As all products are custom printed, we only accept returns or offer refunds for manufacturing defects like incorrect cuts, finishing issues, or wrong paper used. We are not responsible for errors due to artwork issues.
Please ensure the file is in CMYK format, with correct bleed and safe area margins. All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves. RGB files and open font files may result in errors.
Our business days are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays and Indian national holidays.
Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM are scheduled for the same-day print batch.
Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Our printing press and design office operate within these same hours.
