Printing Guidelines
At Joshi Printers, we strive to deliver high-quality printed materials that meet your expectations. To ensure the best possible results, please review and adhere to the following artwork submission guidelines:
1. Artwork Specifications

Accepted File Formats: PDF, CDR, AI, high-resolution JPEG, and high-resolution PNG only.

For Canva Users: Please upload only high-quality JPEG files. PDF exports from Canva are not accepted due to inconsistencies in output.

Color Mode: All designs must be submitted in CMYK color mode. RGB files may produce unexpected color variations when printed.

Fonts: All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines before submission. Open fonts are not supported and may result in layout or style changes.

Please ensure your design includes the necessary bleed area and that all critical content remains within the safe zone.

We recommend adding at least 3 mm bleed on all sides to prevent unintended trimming.

Pantone Colors: If Pantone shades are used, note that our production operates in a standard 4-color (CMYK) environment. Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed.

Return & Refund Policy
All our products are custom-made and printed according to the unique designs and specifications submitted by our customers. As such, returns and refunds are limited to genuine quality-related issues.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
We will honor refunds or replacements only in the following scenarios:

Defective printing output (e.g., streaks, banding, or smudges not present in the artwork)

Incorrect trimming or cutting that exceeds acceptable tolerance

Mismatch in ordered vs. delivered GSM or material type
-
Wrong product shipped compared to confirmed order specifications
All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos and images clearly showing the concern.
Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement
We are not liable for refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Artwork issues, including:

Incorrect or inconsistent dimensions

Missing bleed or improper margins
-
Design submitted in RGB color mode

Use of Pantone colors without matching expectations

Spelling, grammar, or content errors in the submitted file
-
Low-resolution or pixelated files
-

Customer’s misunderstanding of paper GSM, finish type, or product usage
-
Color variation due to monitor-screen vs. CMYK print differences (minor deviation is standard in the print industry)

Incorrect product selection at the time of purchase
-
Delays or issues arising from late artwork uploads or incomplete instructions
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review artwork and confirm specifications before submitting and placing orders.
